Adviceguide is the online CAB information service that gives you information on your rights and helps you take the first steps in sorting out problems. The site covers a wide range of topics, including benefits, employment, housing, and has help on debt, consumer and legal issues. There is information in other languages, and also a large number of fact sheets to print off and use for reference.

As well as looking at Adviceguide, you might find our useful links section helpful. It features links to government, charity and other organisations' websites that might help you to solve your problem.

Citizens Advice Slough is a generalist advice service. We can give you free, confidential, impartial and independent information and advice on a huge range of subjects.

We can work with you to sort out any debt worries or help you claim any benefits you may be entitled to. We can help with housing and employment problems, or deal with queries about consumer or tax issues. We can advise on legal matters, answer questions about immigration, and we have lots of experience on family and personal matters too.

Who can we help?

We can only help people who live or work in Slough. If you do not work in Slough or pay your Council Tax to Slough Borough Council, you will need to go to your local bureau.
